4. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to present pet outdoor products accurately. Please review each listing for materials, measurements, fit information, included components, care instructions, and intended uses.

Photographs are representative. Minor differences in color, texture, finish, dimensions, or weight may occur because of lighting, display settings, materials, or production processes.

5. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An automated confirmation acknowledges receipt and does not necessarily constitute final acceptance.

Orders may be subject to payment authorization, verification, and availability checks. We may refuse or cancel an order for payment failure, suspected fraud, unavailable stock, a material listing or pricing error, shipping restrictions, legal requirements, or an inability to fulfill it.

If payment has been collected for a canceled order, the applicable amount will be refunded.

6. Prices and Payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless another currency is expressly displayed. Applicable shipping charges, taxes, discounts, and the final total are shown at checkout.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Processing generally takes 2–4 business days and may take up to 5 business days during busy periods. Estimated U.S. transit time is generally 10–15 business days after dispatch.

Processing and transit are separate. Delivery dates are estimates, and delays may occur. Available options and charges are shown at checkout. Our Shipping Policy provides further details.

8. Returns and Refunds

Eligible returns may be requested within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery. Contact us before sending an item back.

After receipt, inspection, and approval, refunds are generally initiated within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. Return shipping responsibilities depend on the reason for return. We do not charge a restocking fee.

9. Damaged or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order promptly and report damaged, defective, incomplete, incorrect, or materially misdescribed products within 7 calendar days after delivery, with your order number and relevant evidence.

Confirmed store errors will be addressed through an appropriate solution without additional costs caused by the error. Mandatory rights are not limited by this reporting request.

10. Changes and Cancellations

Contact us immediately if you need to change or cancel an order. Requests cannot be guaranteed once processing, fulfillment, packaging, shipment preparation, or dispatch has begun.

No cancellation fee applies to an order successfully canceled before fulfillment.

11. Promotions

Promotions and discount codes may have eligibility conditions, expiration dates, minimum order requirements, product exclusions, and usage limits. Apply eligible codes before completing checkout.

Promotions have no cash value and cannot be combined unless expressly stated.

12. Product Use and Pet Safety

Our products are intended for the uses described in their listings and instructions. General product information does not constitute veterinary advice or a guarantee that a product will diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent a disease or health condition.

Specific fit, suitability, durability, and performance depend on the product and circumstances of use. No product should be assumed suitable for every animal or activity.

13. Bulk Purchases and Resale

Contact us before placing substantial bulk or resale orders. Purchasing products does not grant permission to represent yourself as an authorized Zavqireluno™ dealer or distributor without written authorization.

14. Intellectual Property

Website text, graphics, photographs, logos, and other protected materials are owned by or licensed to their respective rights holders.

You may use the website for lawful personal shopping. You may not reproduce, republish, commercially exploit, or use protected materials to manufacture products without the relevant permission.

15. Reviews and Customer Submissions

Reviews and submissions must be lawful, accurate, and respectful of others’ rights. You retain ownership of your content and grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, and display it to operate, improve, and promote our services, subject to privacy requirements and applicable law.

We may moderate content that is unlawful, abusive, misleading, unrelated, or infringes rights.

16. Prohibited Conduct

You must not commit fraud, use unauthorized payment information, interfere with security, introduce malicious software, improperly collect information about others, infringe intellectual property, or misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

We may restrict access or cancel affected orders where reasonably necessary to address such conduct, subject to applicable law.

Our store uses Shopify and other third-party services. Relevant providers may apply their own terms and privacy practices to the services they supply.

18. Events Outside Our Control

Events outside our reasonable control may affect service or fulfillment, including severe weather, transport disruptions, outages, and government measures. We will communicate reasonably and review appropriate solutions for affected orders.

To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted website availability or outcomes beyond the descriptions and commitments expressly provided.

We may update these terms and show the revised date above. The version applicable when an order is placed generally governs that order, subject to applicable law and any expressly agreed changes.
